A unique combination of reflective materials, elevated bottom and correctly placed UV sources enables fast and 360 degrees virus deactivation on items like laptops, toys, mobile phones, balls, sport equipment etc.
Various standard, but also customized inserts are available on request, to accommodate multiple items like audio guides, church books, tablets, walkie talkies etc.

The objective is to design relevant, functional and long lasting products for the world – “the longer products last, -the fewer products is trashed”. Besides design objects, also interior projects for the United Nations in New York and the New Carlsberg foundation are on the list, and these projects is done by Salto & Sigsgaard

UV Technology has been used in decades for disinfection of bacteria and virus.
Safety around UV is the most important thing to be aware of – both making sure the UV process is doing the expected job as well as protecting people using or surrounding the UV.
Specific for SARS-COV-2 also called Covid-19 UV BENCH has been tested with live virus at the Southern University of Denmark (SDU). A starting concentration for 10.000 live virus was reduced to zero in 10 seconds in UV BENCH, stating at least a 3log reduction or so called 99.9% reduction.
